Health and fitness have been a huge part of my life since 2006 when I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Being hit with an autoimmune disease at the age of 15 was a huge eye-opener. Ever since I have done my best to appreciate the life that I have been gifted by giving back to my body through healthy habits.

 

I quickly developed a passion for finding ways to optimize my health. In 2011, after a couple of years of University classes, I decided that it was time to share that passion with others. I enrolled in the Exercise Science program at Lethbridge College. It was there that I was able to refine my skills for aiding people in success. Through years of experience in the field and continuing education, I have developed a skill set that is geared towards helping people achieve their highest level of functionality through movement, mobility, nutrition, and other lifestyle influences. I work with a wide range of clients. While individual goals may vary, the objective always starts with optimizing quality of life through intelligent movement.

JAMIE ANTHONY

My passion for health and fitness started in my late teens/early 20s. I enjoyed going to the gym with no real purpose or program to follow. I just knew I loved how it made me feel. I spent many years of my life chasing one fad diet to the next. The constant influx of conflicting information coupled with these failed diets was not only frustrating, but was wreaking havoc on my mental health. I knew there had to be something more to it.

 

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition coach I am able to navigate through the noise of social media and bogus health and wellness claims.  I am fascinated by the science of nutrition, but also the fact that there is no one way for everyone. Our bodies and our needs are so different from one person to the next that my knowledge base can be continuously expanding.

I have a master level certification in Life Coaching and I am so excited to offer these services to my clients. I so deeply want to help people achieve their greatest goals and dreams. I believe with some tools and accountability in your corner, you can really do anything you want with your life. I want to help be a part of that for you.
