About Our Remote Programming
Remote programming offers an opportunity for our clients near and far to take advantage of our professional coaching services in their own space, on their own time. This type of coaching is not only great for our long-distance clients, but also for our locals that prefer to stay in their own gym. Our coaches can program for any space and equipment that is available to you. Using our specialized training app, your coach will create an individualized plan that is geared towards your personal goals. All of our training plans are professionally periodized and include instructional videos, coach feedback, weekly check-ins, messaging functions, and optional video analysis.
Accessory programming is designed as an overlay program that is meant to be done on top of your regular exercise routine. These programs are an additional 20-30 minutes added to your original plan or can be done on their own as a minimal increase in frequency training. Accessory programming is great for working on skills, technique, muscle imbalances, and making your compound lifts stronger.
