Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll focus on:

  • Glute-dominant compound lifts like hip thrusts, split squats, and RDLs

  • Isolated glute work to improve muscle engagement and symmetry

  • Full-body strength circuits to maintain overall balance and prevent imbalances

  • Core, mobility, and conditioning to support alignment and recovery

Training Split: up to 5 days per week (3 lower body days)
