Prerequisite: Completion of Level 1 Foundations Program

This 8-week program is the next step in your fitness journey—designed for those who have completed the Level 1 Foundations Program and are ready to level up with more strength, control, and confidence.

Building on the mobility, stability, and functional strength developed in Level 1, this phase introduces:

  • Heavier resistance training to support muscle growth and metabolic adaptation

  • Dynamic, multi-planar movements to improve coordination, balance, and athleticism

  • Moderate-intensity conditioning to increase cardiovascular capacity without overtraining

  • Focused progressions in core strength, unilateral work, and movement complexity

You’ll continue to reinforce proper technique while increasing training intensity in a sustainable and injury-aware way.

This program is ideal for anyone who wants to:

  • Continue building a strong, functional body

  • Challenge themselves without sacrificing form or recovery

  • Develop consistency, resilience, and strength that carries over to everyday life

Training Split: 4 days per week
Equipment Needed: Gym access (barbells, dumbbells, cables, and basic machines)
Goal: Build strength, stamina, and total-body resilience with a clear, structured progression from foundational work.
