Prerequisite: Completion of Level 1 Foundations Program
This 8-week program is the next step in your fitness journey—designed for those who have completed the Level 1 Foundations Program and are ready to level up with more strength, control, and confidence.
Building on the mobility, stability, and functional strength developed in Level 1, this phase introduces:
Heavier resistance training to support muscle growth and metabolic adaptation
Dynamic, multi-planar movements to improve coordination, balance, and athleticism
Moderate-intensity conditioning to increase cardiovascular capacity without overtraining
Focused progressions in core strength, unilateral work, and movement complexity
You’ll continue to reinforce proper technique while increasing training intensity in a sustainable and injury-aware way.
This program is ideal for anyone who wants to:
